Rude, not helpful , *****s at Kohler Auto Witbank/Emalahleni

We bought a Baic D20 Demo model that was advertised with warranty and service plan. After almost a year of very tarty reaponse to mail from their side and rude staff, they finally just sent a mail saying it was never sold with service plan. I also want to mention, they were supposed to refund R800 when we bought car, because I had to do registration and roadworthy myself, which cost more that R800 (that was never refunded) Contact me if you would like more extensive information.
