Poor service by technicians
Ford witbank on corner mandela and frans street took my car there twice for servicing only to find out they do not actually service the car my diesel filter cup was the most filthy ive ever seen on a bakkie the filter it self wasnt able to hold the diesel it self you need to even squeeze the filter to drain it i should have know something was up soon as i saw the service advisor who gave an attititude the 1st time i went there i mean she even rolled out her eyes on me just cause i refused to pay for the amount of brake pads to be installed,almost 60000 kilometres after am sitting with a damaged high pressure pump possibly with a blocked fuel rail just cause some technicians failed to do their jobs correctly you dont even wanna know how much it costs for a 3.2 litre ford ranger

Thank you for your patience, according to your vehicles service profile, we serviced the vehicle according to Ford specifications. The filter was replaced last year November as specified by Ford. The diesel filter has been in use for more than 20 000 km and a year of driving.
Please note that contaminated fuel can cause component failures. This can also be just normal wear and tear on the components that caused this failure.
