Poor service

I bought a car at Eastvaal Motors in witbank using my parents address from limpopo, they tried to register the car in limpopo and failed so they decided they will not be going to limpopo again as its far so i asked my sister for her proof of residence in pretoria with an avidavity that i am in fact staying with her since i got a job in midrand. Now their telling me they have done all they can to get my car registered and i should do my own registration and they will refund me after i got a fine ticket of R500 that they refuse to pay. I am at work everyday of the week with no leave days to do this, Please Help.
