POOR POOR FROM EASTVAAL SECUNDA!!!!!

If i could rate it 0 stars i would have!!! Took my family out to shop for our new car last week. Upon arriving at Eastvaal Secunda we noticed a very stiff and "im better than you" attitude from the new cars sales manager when asked about a trade in price. As he had a look at our trade in he told his co worker that this car is not worth his time or effort and he does not want to be bothered like this again. Well gues what Mr Manager , we supported your rivals right next to you , they gave us great service , treated us with respect and kept all silly comments to themselfs! Eastvaal Secunda is rotten with poor attitude , pointing out Ford and Kia managers , they made me and my family feel like dog **** with their stiff (the world owe us) attitude, they showed no respect towards us , as if we did not have the money to buy something! To be honest here your whole dealerships attitude stinks , my friends warned me about your toxic dealership but i thought ill give you the benefit of the doubt.. GROW UP EASTVAAL SECUNDA YOUR POOR ATTITUDE WILL COST YOU!!!NO ONE OWES YOU ANYTHING SO STOP GOING ON LIKE YOU ARE UNTOUCHABLE!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are looking for a good example of how to treat your customers , go learn from the two young gentlemen at your second hand stand you might learn some values and respect from them mr manager of Ford and Kia!
