Poor follow through

I am disappointed by the lack of concern on follow through after vehicle purchase with middleburg eastvaal.They are extremely efficient and on point prior purchase.You will even get a call from the manager making you feel appreciated. Once purchase is made and your vehicle is not registered after 3months,you will be left with : 1.a sales person who does not know what they are doing 2. Multiple people telling you they will call you back but NO one will call you back 3. No response to e-mail complaints 4.Essentially you will be left with the sales person who has no idea what they doing.He will constantly tell you he is trying his best but your vehicle will still not be registered Moral of the story, i will not recommend buying here unless you want your vehicle not to be registered after 3 months,and your complaints to be ignored.
