Poor customer service!

In A 2018, I bought a new Suzuki Swift 1.2 GA CASH. The vehicle has been delivered to me in May without an owners manual.

I have been contacting the Sales Manager since (the past 6 months) requesting the manual. Each time getting an excuse and a promise of being phoned back... Which NEVER HAPPENS!

I am fed up with pathetic service delivery!
