Poor customer service

<p>My elantra broke down with a clutch on 125000km.I never had a car broke down with a clutch in less than 250000 km. I owned 9 cars in my lifetime. They tow in my car, assess my car,took the whole day to give me an answer. To my surprise they cover nothing and I have to cough up R11000 with the tow in. I took a warranty booster ui from liquid capital from the beginning, when I bought the car new, was told they even cover shocks. I took my car for all the services, still have all warranties in place, bought it in 2013, 125000 km on the odometer. The workshop mechanic never reported something about the clutch on the service report 5000km ago. I would believe they would know by now what is the signs of a worn clutch when they adjusted the clutch up several times. Looks like the mechanics at huydai are glorified fitters. Guess what today my I10 Also has the same breakdown on 80000 km. So please be warned people don't ever buy huydai unless you own huydai franchise</p>
