Pathetic and *****!!!

I have never come accross a company more pathetic and plain out ***** - there is not even a word in English that explains how ***** they are!

After buying a 2013 Model Toyota Fortuner from them with only 9000km on I should have known therenis something ***** but no, the dealer and salesperson assured us the car is in perfect condition!

Everything but!! After a month we took the car for a service only to find out that this car should have been a Code 3 which is suppose to have been written off!! We got a report from a panelbeater who yook over a 160 pictures of damages hidden by the sales people!

Further they blatantly **** about the owners of the vehicle saying that it only had one owner, meanwhile this car had 3 different owners.

I have read about another person who fell in the Eastvaal trap and would like to take this further, so if there is anyone else who experienced the same issues as us please comment in order for us to take on these *****s before they actually cost someones life!

RE: HELLO PETER COMPLAINT

1. The above matter refers;

2. We have noted all your concerns. We arrive at the conclusion that the core issue is the fact that a vehicle was sold to you with certain defects.

3. We would like to address your concerns and clarify certain facts as follows:

a. The vehicle in question may have been sold to you with certain defects however at all times, both at the time, and after the transaction was concluded, such defects were latent and the company remained unaware of same. Documentation filled in by the customer who traded in the vehicle, failed to disclose such defects. We have instituted legal action against the customer due to an affidavit that was signed by him, which failed to reveal any defects;

b. All defects that was within our knowledge was disclosed to you at the time of the sale;

c. Once the other issues were brought to our attention by you, we then replaced the vehicle at our own cost, notwithstanding the fact that liability lies with the customer who traded in the said vehicle;

d. Nevertheless, because our reputation is paramount and to not prejudice you, the customer, the vehicle was replaced at our cost and at your leisure. The issue of the trade in vehicle is being addressed with the customer concerned;

4. We would like to formally apologise for any inconvenience you may have suffered as a result of the above, however we had hoped that the manner in which we resolved the matter would have in fact found you complimenting ourselves rather than the spurious and defamatory remarks present in your complaint.

5. We implore that you refrain from using any further spurious or defamatory statements against the company. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the manner in which your complaint is resolved, you may approach the ombudsman for further assistance.
