Not happy about the management.

The service from the sales person and financial advice was great. But to only come back and complain about the tyres that were supposed to be changed be before I was handed the car. The sales person, mechanic who did the 360 road worthy told the manager to get new Tyres for my car and he refused, made a sales person to choose to fix between the car dent or tyres which doesn't even make sense. How do you make a sales person choose what to fix and not while I'm buying the car from the dealership? They only making an appointment for me only now to change the tyres and to do a wheel alignment , I mean ain't those things suppose to be done before a car is handed over the customer????
