Not being trustworthy and reliable to consumers as everyone says

Hi,i took my car to eastvaal Motors Middleburg because it had a problem with the gears that was on the 30th of sep 2019 and i promised by the service team and the manager on site that it will done in 2 weeks.nothing was said until the 16th Oct then i gave Tanya a call and she told me that they only got a quotation from Mayfair on the 15th Oct and she also said that the problem with the car it has something to do with sychroni something and it is nothing done by us and the repairs will be paid by the warranty.a week later when I spoke to Tanya again she said to me they were busy assembling the car at Mayfair gearbox in jhb that was Tuesday the 22nd Oct 3days later i phoned Tanya again now she was something else to say the problem with the car is that the clutch is burned finished and not under warranty after she told me about sychroni stuff and that the Hyundai warranty we'll be paying
