No Apology but I will put you on my SPAM list!

I tried to buy a car from Eastvaal Middleburg, only to find out a week later despite several calls that the car I was half way through buying had been sold. Melanie refuses to apologize and instead explains how its not her fault, details of my trade in were wrong, follow up with the Dealership about bad service and what I got in return was, an apology from the dealer principal and sales manager but not from the guilty party, while I appreciate the apology the DP and sales manager they didn't do anything to me, for my troubles I was also put on their Spam mailing list and received more explanation about procedure, the very same procedure that caused the problem.
