Bought a used vehicle from Eastvaal Ford middelburg a month ago which had a battery for 2019 meaning the lifespan is exhausted as you normally get a 2 year warranty, called for assistance as I'm now struggling with the battery a month later only to be advised by the manager that a battery has no warranty and can last up to 10 years according to him. This is very sad as I believed they were a trusted dealership but they are also **********, very bad service. Was assisted by solly the sales person, was good during the sale but afterwards it was like he didn't even know me.
