LEMON CAR AND POOR COMMUNICATION SKILL

I think I have been patient enough; I really wish I could get assistant, looking at the reviews under this company I just realized it has been an ongoing thing,

I bought a Renault Clio GT line 2017 last year (1 April 2022), I drove the car for approximately 3 weeks and my engine was damaged to a point that I needed to get a new engine from Renault SA, this was after i had reported that the car shows me an engine faulty sign and it is overheating, they put it under diagnose and they couldn't see anything wrong, they told me I could have the car for the weekend and I should bring it back Monday, "It is Safe to drive" they said.

I was driving to Nelspruit, Just as I was approaching the N11 from Witbank my exhaust blew smoke and my car stopped, it had to be towed back to the dealership,

[fast forward] I stayed weeks and weeks without a car that I even had to the dealership manager to demand a curtesy car, car with too many restrictions R20 000 access fee if anything should happen to the car.

[fast forward] I ended up getting a new engine "brand new Engine" I guess, few days later car started making weird noises when I had in checked in, my turbo connecters were not properly connected if I remember correctly....

I got my car back with a day which was good, few weeks later, my engine starts smoking while I'm driving, when i have a look, my water coolant is leaking/squirting water towards the engine, they then replaced my water holder...

[fast forward] to now, it's been a week/2 without a car, my car started overheating again and I booked it in once again, they could not see anything under diagnose, I said I can't take that for an answer, so they had to strip the engine, to find the thermostat is the actual problem.

I do believe a thermostat can wear out anytime but in all cars, I've driven it the first time experiencing such with a year my car overheating twice, a car that i am paying on a monthly basis gents repaired every now and then.

Should I also mention the fact that I was sold a car with a normal battery, when the car is a stop/start and LED day running light car, that battery didn't even last 6 months because the car takes up too much power, I won't let this one get the best of me but I am typing this as it is my second weekend with no car and next week my debt order is running through, How ridiculous and unfair!!!!!!! Apparently now the car has a starter problem because it doesn't want to start. I won't lie at the point I feel like I am driving a car My grandparent left for me.

someone please help me get rid of the "lemon Car". Should I also mention that in order to get an updated I need to call them to ask for feedback or I need to go there to get feedback, POOR COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!

Some things you just try and accept but it gets to the point where it is just too much.
