Somewhere around end of July my car broke down as I was on my way to work

Then I called a breakdown assistance to take the car to eastvaal ford Witbank

I got there the car was booked in for diagnosis and repairs and I a motor warranty cover with traffic

After the diagnosis a quotation came back then a claim was opened with traffic but traffic could only cover the cost of R 8500 out of quotation of R 32000 ,from my side I was supposed to pay the remaining balance, then spoke to the service consultant who assisting me that I would outsource the parts my self the traffic would cover the labour cost of R 8200, lucky enough the consultant agreed in my quest for parts I did manage to outsource the parts,the was one specific parts that was expensive it was R 10500 excluding vat,only ford can supply that one,,,I ended up paying for that part at ford as I had no choice it was R 12500 including VAT..

Now my concern is that after I have so much money to get the car fixed ,it's still not moving

And I was later advised that after they inserted all the new parts and took it for a test drive the car broke down again

They then discovered that the car needs a new engine The engine quote came out to be R 158 000 When we we opened a claim with traffic unfortunately they were only gonna pay R 30 000

Then I advised the service consultant that I'm fetching the car as I won't be able to afford the remainder of the funds after traffic pays R 30 000

Now I have asked them about my R 12 500 I have sent emails no one has responded to my quest of being reimbursed the R 12500 since the car is still in the same state I brought in to the workshop

I tried calling them I was advised that Nick or will attend to my query until today nothing has happened
