My Mazda 2 was in the Eastvaal Motors Secunda workshop since for two weeks to have the Mazda Lock In Motion system installed. I finally went to collect the vehicle as their technicians has been unable to successfully fit the equipment (as advertised by Mazda SA).

The appointment was made weeks in advance which should have allowed plenty of time for the parts to be ordered and the workshop personnel to fami****ize themselves with the requirements.

I now have auto-lock installed which is not the system which I wanted but Eastvaal Motors still has the audacity to charge me for it after the all the floundering and inconvenience.

I will be taking delivery of my new CX-5 shortly which I also bought from Eastvaal. As a repeat customer which has spent R750,00 with a dealer I would really expect at least a modicum of good will. You can rest assured that this will be the last business I conduct with Eastvaal Mazda Secunda.
