I WANT MY MONEY EASTVAAL MOTORS!!! Or else cancel the contract.

I purchased a car at Eastvaal Motors Middelburg on 16 October 2018 (Tuesday) after patiently following the procedure and bringing from my side what was requested. They took my BMW 1 Series 118i vehicle for trade in including all the documents, I signed it over and they promised me that I will have my money deposited into my account the next morning, I then left with my new vehicle and patiently waited for the transaction . Still up until today they haven't paid my money, when I ask them I keep on being told that I will receive it the next day or later that afternoon. Please help me get this people to pay me my money as they only let their vehicles go only after they get all they want from the customer but they want to take the customer's belongings and pay them only when they feel like it. I was impressed with the service when purchasing my new vehicle but now that the contract is signed they don't want to meet the other end of the bargain and don't care anymore... "I feel so used" This is beyond frustrating. It's either they come take their brand new car and give me my car back and reverse all the financial agreement they had with the bank in my name or they quickly pay my money back!!

We as customers get charged interest or get our cars taken from us when we skip a payment but they can do with us as they please when it suits them. This is beyond frustrating.
