Great Client Service is eveything

Great service is a product of a businesses people. Bertus who sold me my vehicle is world class.

It was an admin intensive sale; I stay in Johannesburg and I choose to finance in a very particular manner. Bertus went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. I never even visited the dealership in person.

There was a minor hiccup with the vehicle when it arrived and Bertus owned it, resolved it and communicated professionally with me the entire time. A true measure of service is how people handle these unexpected hiccups.

I am super happy with my car and can not applaud the passion, professionalism and just damn good nature of Bertus.
