Fed up with Renault witbank

<p>On the 15th of June my car had a breakdown,it was taken to eastvaal motors. They told us it had clutch problems...the warranty did not want to approve the claim but later did. They never called to update us with the progress..My husband had to call the dealership for updates instead of them calling us. Long story short,3 weeks later they called saying we can come collect the car and then 30 minutes later they called to say we should not come to fetch the car because they have just picked up another fault inside the gear box. Apparently the gearbox is being sent back and forth to some engineering firm to be fixed. In a nutshell...its been 7 weeks and i still dont have my car. Their service is pathetic and i wouldn't recommend anybody to buy a car from Renault.</p>
