False representations, clear lack of management, and lack of after sale service

I purchased a used car from Eastvaal - first big mistake. The vehicle was delivered to me with various faults, none of which were pointed out to me on delivery. After multiple phone calls back and forth, investigating my rights under the CPA to terminate the deal , Wayne Williams the responsible sales person, assured me all would be resolved and requested me to send a formal email detailing the faults after my first long trip which took place one week after I took delivery. One of the said faults was a chipped windscreen. A month after delivery there are still items not attended to, and the car is yet to be registered in GP which was promised to me by said salesperson. Wayne has since left the dealership, clearly no hand over exercise was performed by management, and the GM (Ryno Stighlingh) has imp**** I am a **** and that I am responsible for the chipped windscreen, irrespective of the fact this was reported to Wayne, and representations made to me by Wayne that he has arranged for a service provider to come to me at work or home to do the replacement - clearly acknowledging he was aware of the chip on delivery. The dealer principal (Paul Griffin) now does not have the courtesy to reply. Lesson learnt, and advise to others – DO NOT USE EASTVAAL MOTORS!
