Eastvaal Select Motors(Witbank) False advertising

On the 9th August 2025 Eastvaal select (witbank) advertised a White Audi Q3 in Auto Trader . The advert stated that the car has a full service history and has a warranty . I contacted them as I was interested in the car and wanted to do a cash purchase . As I was talking to a lady by the name of Megan , I asked her how long is the warranty and what it covers . She then said the car doesn’t have warranty . I told her they are doing false advertising and misleading clients . She then said she accepts the mistake and she will ask her manager to give me atleast 1 yer warranty at no cost to me since it’s their mistake to advertise a warranty . A few minutes later she got back to me and said her manager declined to give the warranty as the car price is already on special . I then told her still they mislead us a clients by advertising that the car has a warranty , Megan said she will ask someone else to call me. I received a call from a lady who explained that I will have to pay R10900 extra if I want the warranty as the advert was a mistake . Till now they haven’t removed the false information about the car having a warranty , all they are doing is ignoring the fact that they did false advertising which means they **** to attract customers .
