Eastvaal Motors Witbank - Poor service

Took a company car to Eastvaal Motors Witbank. Poor customer service and charged R300 for consumables, asked what it was for - they rep**** that it was for the cloths that they used to wash car with - the vehicle was not washed - they were late and the vehicle was not ready for collection and therefore not washed. The service consultant dismissed me twice by pulling up her shoulders and shaking her head, ignored me and started to talk to someone else.
