Eastvaal Motors Middelburg: Dealership from Hell!

My mother bought a car at Eastvaal Motors Middelburg. In less than a month the car was giving her mechanical problems. The car was taken in for repairs. They told my mother she is the one that removed a fuse from the car. They then insisted she should pay for the fuse to be replaced. After being told the car has been fully repaired and ready for collection, It only drove for a day and started acting up. The car no longer had power when driving. Again, The dealership blames my mother for the problem on the car. The car started rattling and showing fault lights on the dashboard. Yet the dealership refuses to take responsibility of their defective car. They refused give her a courtesy car after the car was with them for more than a month for repairs. Yet, we are expected to pay the monthly instalments without fail. As we speak, the car is with them, because they said they have ordered a part out of the country. My mother is without a car yet the monthly instalment is fully paid. We strongly believe the sale was not in good faith from the beginning. The dealership knew the car was defective and they wanted to get a unsuspecting customer to take responsibility of it. The dealership is just arrogant and refuse to cooperate on anything. Definitely wouldn't advise anyone to do any business with this dealership because they treat customers unfairly and different based on their skin colour. ************** is very much alive and at the centre of rendering services at this dealership
