Eastvaal Motors from HELL

My car was giving me issues, so I took it to Eastvaal Motors Witbank on friday the 7th of January 2022 early in the morning. I later got a call from one of the consultants asking me if its okay with me to collect my car on Saturday as they aren't done with it. I agreed. But got no update on the Saturday as to what's happening. Come Monday, no on bothered to call me, I then decided to give them a call for an update, which they say my car has a factory faulty, they need to strip down the engine. It has now been exactly 2 weeks since my car has been with them, they are taking their sweet time with resolving the problem. I am the one that's doing all the follow ups with them, no one bothers to keep me informed. I use the car to travel to work everyday now I am being highly inconvenienced when I have to get to work. I even called their head office hoping to get a response but no one is helping me. It has been a nightmare trying to get help from them. Tommy was one of the guys I dealt with. It is now the 21st January 2022, when I called them this afternoon I am being told that they are waiting for their Head Office. Really guys? Two weeks to only get a response that they are STILL waiting.
