Eastvaal Ford SECUNDA nightmare!!!!

Towards the latter part of the year I contacted Ford protect to find out if my shocks are covered and I was given info that I was. I took my car in with the results of Secunda Super quick Alignment result sheet. My front brakes were to be done as well. A courtesy vehicle was give to me and I was told that the material for the shock was on back order. It took a few days and i was asked to bring back the courtesy due to the material being on back order. A few months later, I had to take the car back for its 60k service and i asked if the shocks can be done simultaneously. The service advisor said that they needed to do the whole process of applying to Ford protect to cover the shock. A courtesy car was provided and my car stood at Ford for almost two months. According to them the service was done. After many calls and waiting for call backs, I took some time off work to go there personally to find out what the hold up was, then the foreman informs me that Ford protect does not want to cover my shock. I was livered to say the least as this was not what was discussed from the beginning of this exercise. I had a talk with the service manager and she told me to give her a day and since i serviced my vehicle with them, that they would absorb the cost, which they have done. After fetching my car, the rubber trimmings on the driver and rear door are coming off. I have grease leaking from the CV booth on the drivers side. Plugs from the plastic cover on the wheel arch are missing. I went back to Superquick this morning and i was made aware that the rear brake pads needed to be changed. I just got back my car two weeks ago. I am really frustrated with the treatment, workmanship and time taken to sort my problems out at Ford SECUNDA. I will not take my car back there again but I would really like FORD HEAD OFFICE to help me resolve my issues ASAP.
