Eastvaal Ford Pathetic after sales service

Very good with sales but when the product fails, the after sales service is pathetic!! My Ford Ranger broke down and was towed to Eastvaal Ford Secunda 10/05/2018 (vehicle still under warranty), today 7 days later and still no courtesy vehicle available to use! Ford is currently loosing a huge number of clients due to pathetic after sales service!!!
