Do not keep promises - low integrity

I bought a car (Ford Focus ST3- 2015) with 1000km on the odometer. The Manager(Henry) delivered the car and took a cup holder out of a second hand car and put in my car.<br> I complaint about it and he said he will replace it after I asked him to replace the rubber inside the arm rest as well and that I am willing to pay for it then he said no they will replace on their cost.<br> I phone several times to ask for the parts just to hear that it is on its way and eventually was told that everything is there. I went there to get it and was told the electricity is out they can not help me. I went back the following day to collect just to find out it was not there.<br> I called the DP (Abrie)and was not there but was promised he will call me - he do not call people I had to call 3 times just to get arrogance back from him and promise to call me back - I am still waiting.<br> Henry refuse to supply the two rubbers as promised - I must pay for it and after I phoned customer care he will only pay for one and that is the one in the arm rest.<br> I want to warn the people to avoid this Garage - they work with low integrity and do not feel anything for customers - they do not even respond on Hello Peter
