My experience with them was ********* and ********* client service. When I enquired telephonically about a vehicle in their used car lot I made it very clear that I will not buy the vehicle if forced to pay extra for a warranty. I was assured by the salesman that I did not have to buy a warranty. Based on this assurance I travelled to Middelburg from Pretoria at my own expense to test the vehicle. After my finance was approved I was informed that I have to buy a warranty if I still want the vehicle. This was confirmed as being a dealership policy by the dealer principal: "no warranty, no sale". Had they been upfront and honest from the beginning i would not have driven through to Middelburg and handed over my personal information. These people are prepared to string you along hoping to convince you to change your mind at your expense and inconvenience! BE WARNED!
