Dealership with no value or integrity!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service!!!!!Dealership with no values and integrity,and def cannot stick to arrangements or their word. Selling a vehicle,we let them know we are taking the vehicle the day before,make arrangements,send in paperwork first thing in the morning,on our way there to sort out everything,they let us know sorry the vehicle has been sold. Sold to the guy that made arrangements to come view 3 days later,our paperwork was received before the other buyer was even there at the dealership with his paperwork.His stuff gets send in and not ours.All they have to say is sorry the guy just pitched up without letting them know and that they told him they would let him know during the day if the bakkie was taken. The absolute worst and ********* dealership I have ever come across and big shame on the so called manager aswell seeing that he allowed all of this.
