Car Wrecking Experience
At this point I am actually not even sure where I need to begin...
Before the lockdown ( a week before ) my brother purchased his first vehicle from them. Lockdown hit and then ofcourse everything just stopped.
A month or so later I get a message from my brother stating that the sales rep had told him that there was a problem as the vehicle was some how registered under my name - now please explain when #1: I didn't sign any papers and you don't have my ID. A day or so later she had it sorted out - HAHA - What a joke that turns out to be.
End of May when the post offices open I go to renew MY cars license disc, AND GUESS WHAT?! I can't, so how, my vehicle licence location has been changed to Witbank/Middleburg.
When contacting Eastvaal Motors they first denied any of this, saying it is not possible. After contacting the sales rep a few times, she ends up admitting they when they some how manged to register my brothers vehicle in my name, they also used the incorrect address, which then ends up changing the details to all my vehicles.
It took me nearly 2 months to get East Vaal Motors to sort out the major problem that they caused for me. But even though I have voice recordings of the sales lady, admitting to their mistake, they deny it all over the phone. I am now sitting now only very a expired license disc, but a lovely fine for it being so late! Now I personally feel I am not responsible for the utter mess that Eastvaal Motors created for me, and that not only should they pay for my new license disc but as well as the fines for late submission... they funny enough don't seem to agree.
I wouldn't recommend them to a single person at all! Very unimpressed with the company.
