Car service

<p>good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i called the Eastvaal motor city they number is ********** 511, a lady answer the call. i told her thatlast week i did bring my car for service there, and now there's a funny noise. She said, she's going to transfer me to Martin i was holding and she answered another line and she dropped my call my. I called for the 2nd time, again and i asked her why did you cut my call, she said she didnt cut my call she did transfer me to Martin i said to you didnt because if you did i was supposed to the the IVR message she transfer me again and guess what i was cut off. called again for the 3rd time and i was engry i ask the email where i can send mu complain, she ask me which email address i asking? i explain to her that i want to send a complain about my car and the service that i'm getting. She said she didnt know that i was cut off and i said to her but still you're busy transfering my call to the lie that it doesnt work. I hanged up becaused its frustrating to try to get help and not getting assistance.</p> <p>The only thing i wanted to tell me that when can i bring my car cause since it came back from service on Wednesday it has a funny noise when i change gear and when i start my car :( :( :( :(</p> <p>i'm sure they've already put a claim on my insurance and i'm getting this type of service.
