Cannot get my licence plate and disc over 2 months now.

Middleburg Eastvaal Motors Middleburg. I bought a car in Ausgust. The process was very very smooth. The dealer even drove all the way to my place to fetch me. I mean I was treated very special. Come the day I signed my contract and actually bought the car. The lady that was helping me told me she will call me to update me about my licence plate. The lady doesn’t pick up my calls anymore. It’s October now and my car still has no licence disc or plate. She keeps telling me excuses. I cannot travel now dues to this issue. I got stopped by traffic cops several times for driving a car that is not in the law due to no licence plate. She knows very well that I work Monday to Friday at a mine hectic hours. That I cannot go to Bronkhorstspruit to collect. The least she can do is to courier it or send her drivers to bring it as she agreed on doing.

Please help me get my licence plate and report the extremely poor service of this lady. My life is on hold mow.
