BOUGHT A LEMON VEHICLE FROM CREDIBLE LEADERSHIPS.

I bought the vehicle lastmonth from Eastvaal Toyota in Potchefstroom. It's still within the warranty due to low kilos. It was a long and frustrating purchase but i was happy that i finally got a vehicle fo myself. During the purchase, receiving the contract from the dealership was not easy. When the car got delivered, the spare keys were not compatible with the bakkie. Had to fight to receive correct ones after two weeks. I then observed on the 2nd week after taking the vehicle for long distance that it has a strange noise coming from the engine. In short distances, it struggles to pick up power and screams alot. I made them aware through their customer satisfaction survey. The salesperson called me saying, i must take the car to the manufacturer as its still within warranty and they can't do anything as a dealership. I refused and wrote a letter of concerns to the dealership including that the car was not registered in my name for a month after purchase. I also observed that the vehicle might have been in an accident through the front bumper. In the morning when starting it, the idling sound its so bad and makes me regret the purchase. Yesterday I took the vehicle to the manufacturer as suggested by the dealership, they refused to assist me. Now I'm stuck between a hard rock and a wall. On the other side, the bank took their money from my bank account month end. I am suprised that even credible dealerships in South Africa sell lemon cars.
