Bad Serviced

<p>December 8th 2016. I took in my 2014 Ford Fiesta ST because it has a faulty manner of starting . I was told after Christmas engine would be sent to engineering for fault finding from there on, warranty shall cover the costs for the engine . <br />Today ( 4th of Jan ) I took it upon myself to find out what's the verdict by contacting the witbank dealership . He told me that warranty cannot cover the car until both dealerships explain / justify to why the engine ceased.<br />My Biggest Concern is that Why am I being punished for both the dealerships' mistake. Why should I wait until warranty decides otherwise , this is clearly internal , whereas I cannot be held accountable for Anything , instead I am paying the ultimate price . Currently I do Not possess a car for my work and personal affairs . Can you please address this matter.</p>
