Airconditioner not delivered/fixed

On 2 March I took my car to Eastvaal Motors in Witbank and reported my Mazda 3 air conditioner that seized. They check and agreed that it must be replaced and gave me a quote. They also said it will take two to three days to deliver and will contact me to bring in the car. I left south Africa and my wife followed up on the delivery. She contacted Barry, Herm**** and Sven and each time got a different reason why the aircon is not delivered yet. It is now 3 weeks later and still there is no response from Eastvaal.
