4 years 60 000 km is a **** if you drive less than 60 000km

I call this *****... I have a 4 year /60 000km service plan on my car. on the 3rd service they performed a 60 000km service (no idea why because i wasn't close to that). Today my odometer reading is 56 349 and its 2 days before the service plan lapse but they will not do the service because i had a 60k km service already a year ago. Lack of integrity on Ford and Ford motor corporation South Africa’s side, that actually only gave me 3 years’ service plan because the km reading was manipulated to have the plan run out in 3 years.
