Will never refer someone there and I will never go back there myself.

My application took 3 weeks to be finalized on top of that the car they sold me has given me lots of defects. Gear oil leak, no aircorn, a bad sound coming from the engine.I took the car back ,the manager (Hanness)refused to take it back claiming that it is something he can fix,Why did'nt he fix it before selling the car.Before delivery Riaan (sales man) told me that he took the car in for 101 spot check,I wonder if its true.On top of that I received a bad service ,I was taken advantage of.For the two weeks the vehicle was at the dealer they did not even offer me a car to use while they were fixing mine.when MFC asked him why he did not give me a car in the meantime, he **** , he said he did not find me in his office on his return to look for a car for me.I was in his office the whole time, he went out when he came back he found me there and he told me that even New cars breaks so he wont take my car back since its something he can fix.I feel like they treat their clients differently.Now the car that is back I cannot open the car remotely,the remote is dead.

If you are looking for a good service, rather go to another dealer except Eastvaal Auto motors in middelburg. I regret signing the contract with them.
