Pathetic Sales Service

I have been recently trying to do a deal on a vehicle.

From the start the Sales Executive has not been helpful and I found myself driving the deal forward as if I was the one earning the commission on the deal. When I query aspects of the deal to understand the detail I get the run around. Your front line staff is costing you money, from Elmon to Monique. Don't make it my problem as the customer if you can't evaluate my trade in and also that your colleagues are off have to cover for them. I'm a very understanding individual but when you give me this level of respect as a customer believe me that you really p*d me off. When I ask for the banking details to pay in the difference I don't get that sent to me. They want to give me details over the phone. I don't operate in this manner. Send me a bank confirmation letter not older than 3 months people. There are many other dealers in South Africa and if this is the way you operate than see how far your business grows.
