Bad service

I have never experienced bad service like I did at eastvaal motors Middelburg, I regret buying a car there and I wish I never did. When they want you to buy a car they will call you a million times but the same energy is not given to you when you face a problem. I have never been frustrated like this and the only thing I wanted as communication from them let me updated about my car. Even if I'm at there are the dealership I have to keep on asking them why I am not assisted. I have been here from 12 pm its now 2 pm still no way forward. So sick of their service
