Bad aftersales service of factory parts

During October 2021, I bought a clutch cable for this dealer. In May 2022, the cable broke. A request was made that the cable be replaced under the 1 year guarantee. They are having excuses after excuses not to replace the cable. I truly belief they are looking for reasons to avoid the replacement of their faulty cable. And when requesting feedback, they avoid you by all cost
