WORST COLLECTIONS AGENCY EVERY - HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL

I am beyond frustrated with Easton Berry collections!! I am going out of my mind. I have paid a big chunk of the funds I owe in December. I have been asking for a settlement balance since January. Its been 5 months! I have sent my proof of payments and statements more than 10 times. My payment is still not allocated. My emails are left unanswered and every single time I phone them I am either placed on hold or they are experiencing high call volumes. Its been five months of which they charge me interest every month. I get threatening emails that they will take legal action against me, but they are not even responding to my mails regarding payments already made. This is unprofessional and they are prejudicing me by worsening my credit score. I am stuck and I cannot do anything untill Easton Berry is finalised. I NEED A SETTLEMENT BALANCE SO THAT I CAN BE DONE WITH THIS PLACE. This is the worst collections agency I have ever experienced in my life.
