WORST COLLECTION COMPANY EVER
Good Day
I came to a point which left me with no other option than to use Hellopeter. I had an account with the TFG group and in 2017 they offered me a discount on settlement and so I did. After numerous attempts i requested my paid up letter and never received it. All of a sudden after settling the account it was handed over to Norlam Attorneys. I struggled 4 months to get the paid up letter. Eventually I did and ever since every day after receiving the paid up letter they have been harassing me that the account has not been settled, however they sent me the paid up letter. The consultants are rude and treats one with no respect. This also had an impact on my Credit Report and I settled all other accounts as well. I hope they rectify this on my credit report. Its easy for them to take the money, but when one needs the settlement letter its one massive hassle. This is probably the worst collection company ever!
Think twice before settling an account with them.
