WORSE TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE

I just got off a call from a collections agent Fezeka Gogo whom was moré into the business side of things and rather very rude and inconsiderate in how she spoke as Easton Berry agents continuously call me for the same account which I understand but calling me every 2-3days for me to say the very same thing is frustrating and have a Consultant like Fezeka Gogo who speaks very fast and no customer service in a polite and well mannered way is experienced in the call I left the call rather even more upset in the way she handled the call mind you I work in a customer service environment and her service is a negative 0 nothing close to making the customer or client journey a breeze in a more efficient manner
