Worse service, not transparent and rude consultants

So I get calls saying that I owe a Rain account, I pay the outstanding amount as per the consultant…. They keep blowing my phone with million calls saying I need to pay customer fees ? Like why didn’t you give me the whole amount at the beginning.The consultants advise of different amounts and I must just be comfortable. I asked for a statement to show how all these fees came about they say its R24. How do you collect money but charge for a statement while your consultants give different owing amount. This company is not transparent and the consultants are rude.
