Very disappointed in Reaston Easton Berry
Poorest service ever, I received a call last year August 2023 that my Mr Prize account had been handed over to Reaston Easton Berry Collections, I made arrangements for a debit order of R500 to be from November 2023, which had been deducted ever since, a year later in the beginning of August 2024 I requested for a paid up letter, just to find out that I am still owing R5000, I have been paying for a full year and my account had not move at all, then I requested for a statement, I was told I will receive after 3 days, wow it's been 3 weeks now and no statement.... For a depth collection company... The service sucks
