Unprofessional call consultant

I had a phone call this morning from a lady that contacted me due to my partner . As she asked me to talk to him i said he is not available at this moment. As I wanted to ask her is it possible if she contact me on Monday at a certain time so that whoever can speak with him she just said thank you and cut the call on me . How on earth is it that they can phone you 12 times a day but when you want to ask a question they cut the call on you . In Oktober I had a male consultant that sweared me and that screamed at me due to the fact that he was rude when asking a question. This is very unprofessional service. How can a person resolve any matter with these consultants?

Please work on your customer care , then you guys won’t get 400 + bad reviews There are people out there out of jobs that are struggling and would give anything to be in your shoes , so please you chose this industry so be patient with the person you are phoning and answer their questions if they have any , don’t just cut the call Please also give me an email address where I can also put a query in to the question that was not answered.
