Unprofessional

I received a call to settle a debt. I agreed and requested a message with details. The message did not include the amount to be paid so I was unable to settle.

I attempted to call Easton Berry and was met with constantly ringing lines, no answers at all. Now I am being charged a late fee even though I was not able to contact them. Truly poor service.
