Un- satisfied service
I have been struggling to get my paid up letters from Easton-Berry Collections. This is really inconveniencing me it getting my name cleared on ITC so that i can move on with my life. Please assit. I would really appreciate if the assist their clients with paid up letters

We refer to your complaint concerning your account.
Our system indicates a paid up letter was issued to Molati Incorporated Attorneys who acted on your behalf on 31.05.2019 already.
We have referred the matter to head office to consult with the relevant credit bureau's if such bureau's have not yet acted on the instruction directed to them at the time the letter was sent, to arrange for an urgent update.
