Our records reflect that two of your accounts have been handed over to our office for debt recovery on behalf of the respective Credit Providers.
Kindly be advised that these accounts are administered in accordance with the Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998, annexure B and is therefore subject to applicable fees, including interest, collection commission, and communication charges. 

Please note, in respect of your original credit agreement for the respective accounts, and in line with the terms and conditions, you remain liable for the outstanding balances inclusive of all applicable fees.
Our system further reflects that a settlement arrangement has been concluded on one of the accounts, and accordingly a settlement statement has been issued via email.
An account breakdown has also been provided for the other account to best assist with your balance concerns.
