They dont want to close my account

I am really Frustrated about this people, I paid off my account in February and they deduct on March, I sent them proof of payment like 3 times but it still showing that i owe them. I asked them to stop the debit order. they dont want to. meaning they will deduct again for the 2nd time in April for a paid up account.
