The worst company - non responsive and takes their own time to issue paid up letters

I wish I could give this company a 0 rating! I have never worked with a worse company than this. I have sent a Paid up letter request to "Meloshini Naicker <***>" and nobody has made contact with me and nor did I receive my paid up letter. In the meantime this outstanding Paid Up letter is affecting my credit score!!
